What began as a natural connection through long-standing SPRING educator Abby Price has come full circle, bringing SPRING’s global education platform to a thoughtfully built, community-driven studio led by founder Andrea Chappelle-Pinnock.

From lockdown to launch. In this SPRING Sessions feature, co-founders Kimmy Kellum and physiotherapist Talia Williams share the story behind SPRING Movement and how it evolved from East River Pilates’ teacher training program into one of the world’s most trusted Pilates education platforms.
