You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
Most students start with the Mat Certification, then move into Reformer, Pre & Postnatal, and finally Apparatus as their advanced specialty training. If you’re new to teaching, Mat is the best place to build strong foundations.
If you already hold a Pilates or movement credential, we’ll help you choose the entry point that aligns with your background, goals, and confidence.
Our team is always happy to guide you toward the pathway that feels right for where you are now, and where you want to go.

Yes — most SPRING students balance work, family, and study.
Our flipped-learning model, clear structure, and 12-month access window are designed to support real life, not compete with it.

A lot, and in real, human ways.
Beyond coursework, you’ll receive feedback in teaching labs, support from educators and our Student Success Team, and encouragement from peers who are learning alongside you. Questions are welcomed, curiosity is encouraged, and you’ll never be expected to “figure it out alone.”

That depends on the program, and we’ll happily guide you.
For the Mat Certification, no teaching experience is required. Many students begin right here. We do recommend having around 25 hours of personal practice (taking Pilates classes) simply to help you feel familiar with the movements.
For Reformer, you’ll need to have completed your Mat Certification first.
For Apparatus, both Mat and Reformer are required.
Pre & Postnatal can be taken any time after Mat, as long as you hold a foundational movement credential such as Pilates, yoga, barre, or group fitness.Wherever you’re beginning, we’ll help you enter the pathway that feels clear, supportive, and aligned with your experience.
