As we prepare to bring our nationally recognized Pilates Teacher Training programs to an international audience, we’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager (SM) to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and guide prospective students through life-changing decisions.

This is a high-impact leadership role with significant growth potential, ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building authentic relationships, converting leads, and shaping sales strategies that will help SPRING thrive around the world. As we expand internationally, this position will also grow in influence, offering the chance to craft global sales strategies and scale a mission-driven brand worldwide.

What You’ll Do

Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market reach.

  • Deliver new or optimized sales campaigns and pricing tests every quarter.

  • Maintain competitive market analysis to inform offers and positioning.

Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management

  • Own the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to enrollment using HubSpot CRM.

  • Hit monthly and annual enrollment targets and maintain an 80% discovery-to-enrollment conversion rate.

  • Ensure 100% of new leads are accurately entered and updated in HubSpot within 48 hours.

Referral Growth & Partnerships

  • Expand the SPRING Movement Collective referral program and build strategic partnerships with studios, influencers, and industry leaders to generate new business revenue and qualified leads.

CRM Excellence & Reporting

  • Maintain ≥95% data accuracy across HubSpot and provide pipeline forecasts within ±5% variance.

  • Deliver monthly sales reports covering revenue, conversion rates, lead sources, and actionable recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and leadership team to align offers, campaigns, and messaging.

  • Support and mentor contractors or sales support staff.

What You Bring

Sales Leadership (5+ years):

  • Proven experience growing revenue and consistently exceeding enrollment or sales goals—ideally in wellness, fitness, or education.

Pipeline & Conversion Expertise:

  • Demonstrated success building sales pipelines and closing deals.

Relationship Builder:

  • Strong ability to create and nurture partnerships, negotiate agreements, and maintain long-term client relationships.

CRM & HubSpot Proficiency:

  • Advanced skill in HubSpot (or similar CRM) for lead tracking, reporting, and forecasting.

Data-Driven Mindset:

  • Comfortable using metrics to optimize conversion rates and sales cycles.

Collaborative Spirit:

  • Experienced in partnering with marketing, operations, and leadership to align on revenue objectives.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager (part-time) to help shape the next chapter of our growth. As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead powerful, data-driven campaigns and elevate our global brand presence—crafting integrated marketing strategies, building compelling funnels, and driving enrollments across SPRING’s world-class Pilates Teacher Training programs—Certifications, Courses & Coaching.

This creative-meets-strategic leadership role blends digital marketing expertise with hands-on design skills. You’ll:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to increase discovery call bookings and student enrollments.

  • Own the design and production of course materials—from Adobe InDesign manuals to branded campaign graphics—ensuring 100% on-brand consistency and timely delivery.

  • Collaborate with our Sales Manager and leadership team so that every campaign, funnel, and communication reflects SPRING’s brand voice and global growth goals.

As SPRING grows, this role will evolve and expand, creating new opportunities for leadership and innovation on a truly international stage.

What You’ll Do

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

    • Develop and execute integrated, data-driven campaigns to grow visibility and drive qualified leads.

    • Deliver quarterly marketing calendars aligned with enrollment cycles and ensure 100% on-time execution.

    • Collaborate with leadership to align messaging, offers, and KPIs.

  • Creative Direction & Brand Consistency

    • Oversee photo/video shoots and produce fresh content for campaigns, ensuring brand voice, design, and messaging are always on point.

    • Safeguard brand integrity across all creative assets and meet or exceed content engagement benchmarks.

  • Course Materials & Graphic Design 

    • Design and maintain high-quality training manuals, marketing assets, and digital materials.

  • Website, SEO & Funnel Optimization

    • Lead continuous website improvements and SEO initiatives to achieve top Google rankings for high-intent keywords and improve organic visitor conversion rate.

    • Build and refine funnels to move prospects from awareness → discovery call → enrollment → long-term engagement.

  • Email Marketing & Newsletters

    • Deliver at least one email campaign and one blog article per month.

    • Manage and segment HubSpot lists, create automated nurture sequences, and meet or exceed open-rate, CTR, and conversion benchmarks.

  • Social Media Management & Digital Advertising

    • Guide social media strategy and oversee growth targets for the Social Media Coordinator.

    • Launch and grow SPRING’s YouTube channel.

    • Create and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and YouTube to maintain CPL and CPA targets while maximizing ROAS.

  • Partnership & Referral Support

    • Develop Partner Studio Marketing Packs and collaborate on joint campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive enrollments.

  • Reporting & Communication

    • Deliver monthly marketing reports with key metrics and at least two strategic optimization recommendations per quarter.

    • Maintain 100% accuracy in marketing resources and respond to internal communications within 24 business hours.

What You Bring

  • Marketing Leadership (5+ years):
    Proven experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns and delivering measurable growth—ideally in wellness, fitness, or education.

  • Graphic Design & Layout (3–5+ Years)
    Proven experience in professional graphic design and print/digital layout, preferably in education, publishing, or fitness/wellness.

  • Digital Campaign Expertise:
    Hands-on skill with Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and ROI optimization.

  • SEO & Web Optimization:
    Demonstrated success in search strategy, keyword ranking, and conversion-focused web design.

  • Content & Social Media Growth:
    Track record of scaling social presence and creating content that drives leads and sales.

  • CRM & Automation Proficiency:
    Strong HubSpot skills for email marketing, nurture sequences, segmentation, and analytics.

  • Creative Direction:
    Experience in video strategy and collaborating with designers, editors, and photographers.

  • Analytical & Collaborative Mindset:
    Uses metrics to guide decisions and works seamlessly with sales and leadership to align campaigns with revenue goals.
