1. Contracting Entity
By completing your purchase, you are entering into an agreement with SPRING Movement Australia Pty Ltd (“SPRING,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Agreement to Terms
By making a purchase, you agree to these Payment Terms, SPRING’s Policies & Procedures, and any applicable Enrollment Agreement.
3. Products & Access
SPRING provides digital education products, certification programs, and related services.
Access to course materials may be granted immediately upon purchase.
4. Payments & Payment Plans
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. Payment obligations are not contingent on participation, completion, or usage.
Failure to complete payments may result in:
Suspension of access
Ineligibility for certification
Additional recovery actions where permitted by law
Additional fees (including for missed sessions, makeup requirements, or reassessment) may apply.
5. Refund Policy
Due to immediate access to digital learning materials:
All sales are final once access has been granted
Refunds are not available after access is provided, except where required by law
Refund requests submitted prior to access may be considered at SPRING’s discretion
For on-demand products, access begins immediately upon purchase and no refunds are available after purchase, except where required by law.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
6. Deferrals & Transfers
Deferrals may be available for cohort-based programs in accordance with SPRING’s policies. Deferrals are not guaranteed and may be subject to conditions and fees.
7. Intellectual Property
All SPRING materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.
8. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in movement-based training involves physical activity and inherent risks. You agree to participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for your participation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SPRING’s liability is limited to the resupply of services or the cost of resupply.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
