You don't need any teaching experience to begin SPRING's Mat Certification.
We do recommend having around 25 hours of personal Pilates practice before starting, so you feel familiar and comfortable with the movements.
If you're new to Pilates, that's a great place to start. Take some classes, get curious about the practice, and begin exploring whether teaching could be right for you.
For Reformer and Apparatus, additional certification prerequisites apply, which you'll find outlined in the Program Guide.
