1. Contracting Entity

By completing your purchase, you are entering into an agreement with SPRING. Movement, LLC (“SPRING,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Agreement to Terms

By making a purchase, you agree to these Payment Terms, SPRING’s Policies & Procedures, and any applicable Enrollment Agreement.

3. Products & Access

SPRING provides digital education products, certification programs, and related services.

Access to course materials may be granted immediately upon purchase.

4. Payments & Payment Plans

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. Payment obligations are not contingent on participation, completion, or usage.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  1. Suspension of access

  2. Ineligibility for certification

  3. Additional recovery actions where permitted by law

Additional fees (including for missed sessions, makeup requirements, or reassessment) may apply.

5. Refund Policy

Due to immediate access to digital learning materials:

  1. All sales are final once access has been granted

  2. No refunds are available after access is provided

  3. Refund requests submitted prior to access may be considered at SPRING’s discretion

For on-demand products, access begins immediately upon purchase and all sales are final.

6. Deferrals & Transfers

Deferrals may be available for cohort-based programs in accordance with SPRING’s policies. Deferrals are not guaranteed and may be subject to conditions and fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All SPRING materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in movement-based training involves physical activity and inherent risks. You agree to participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your participation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPRING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your participation in any program or service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which SPRING Movement, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
