    Meet with SPRING. Movement’s Program Director, receive your offer, and complete onboarding and training.

    Step 3 – Educator Program
    With our resources and support, you’ll be ready to confidently host your first SPRING. workshop and inspire the next generation of Pilates professionals.

  • SPRING.’s Educator Program includes three key training phases.

    1. Core Educator Training

      • Foundations in inclusive teaching, SPRING. systems, and facilitation skills.

    2. Certification-Specific Training

      • Specialized training for each SPRING. certification (Mat, Reformer, CCB).

    3. Mentorship and Co-Hosting

      • Guided experience leading live workshops with SPRING. team support.

  • Paid Training Program

    • We invest in you from the start.

    • Milestone payments at the successful completion of each phase of the Educator Program.

    Lead Educator Rates

    • Presenter Rate: starting at $90/hr (leading workshops & live sessions).

    • Mentoring Rate: starting at $60/hr (supporting student practice & giving feedback).

    • Admin Rate: starting at $36/hr (kick-off calls, wrap-ups, meetings).

    • Educator roles are offered on an independent contractor basis.
