SPRING’s Bridging Program is a short, self-paced pathway for students who’ve completed Mat or Mat + Reformer training elsewhere and want to continue their education with SPRING. You’ll align with SPRING’s anatomy foundations, cueing language, teaching principles, and approach to inclusive, people-centered movement. With digital learning resources, a virtual mentoring session, and an online test-out, the Bridge ensures you feel fully prepared, supported, and ready to step confidently into SPRING’s Reformer or Apparatus Certification.
